New Zealand Orders: 2–5 business days
Australia: 5–10 business days
International: 7–21 business days depending on location and customs

Delays & Issues

We work with trusted couriers, but once a parcel leaves our hands, some delays are out of our control. If your package is significantly delayed or lost, we’ll work with the courier to make it right.
